  • 1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste


Spaghetti Squash

  1. Preheat kitchen appliance to four hundred degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Cut the pasta squash in 0.5 and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Rub or spray the inside with oil and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
